Refund policy

Made-to-Order products:
Made-to-order and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the time-intensive nature of their creation.

Damaged Goods:
If your goods arrive damaged please send us an email (info@pinkrooms.co) so we can arrange the return/exchange of your goods. Any faulty goods claim must be made within 48 hours of the goods being delivered.

Clearance Sales Items:
All clearance sale items are final sale. No refund or exchange unless the product is faulty. Please read the item descriptions carefully.
